+Sunday 9.30am Mass 18th October – see details here

Welcome to Mass on 18th October – the 29th Sunday of Ordinary Time in the cycle of our worship year. For local parishioners who have been using this blog or the Facebook livestream to link with Mass, we will continue for some weeks to stream the 9.30am Mass and post it here – and as well, it’s time to review this practice so any comments are welcome via the parish email  emuplains@parracatholic.org or in person at the church. As part of this ‘time to review’, some extra people might want to also consider a return to physically attending Mass. The COVID-care procedures have been continuing very thoroughly in the church and people feel safe and relaxed. We can accommodate about 40 more people each Mass and still accord with the parish’s COVID-care plan and practices.

THE IMAGE on the blog post cover this week has nothing to do with the liturgy – simply one that connects to some of the expressions of the season of Spring that are all around us at the moment. (Image credit: Paul Roberts’ Collection) – May the freshness of the season connect into our spiritual lives and decisions for the well being of ourselves and others.

See the Bulletin section of this website for all current info about church opening times and bookings etc.

>> Once the Mass is loaded and visible here it can take some time for Facebook and the Parish Blog engine to speak properly to each other – so realise that it’s not you and give it a little time

>> Playing the Facebook Live Stream from here in the Parish Blog can be a bit glitchy to get started – If so, persevere and try it slowly a few times – it should  be fine

>> Let us know if there are any ongoing issues by emailing emuplains@parracatholic.org

SEE THIS PARISH BULLETIN IN THIS WEBSITE FOR ALL PRAYER AND CHURCH OPENING TIMES

WEEKEND ATTENDANCE NEEDS TO BE PRE-BOOKED AS PART OF THE PARISH’S CURRENT COVID-CARE PLAN. SEE BULLETIN FOR DETAILS AND PROCEDURES

Wishing you and your loved ones a happy week ahead
