+ Sunday 26th – Weekend Mass – Live Stream view still available

Third Sunday of Easter – Year A – 27th April 2020

That picture above is not clickable!! It’s just a screen shot from the live streamed Mass today at 9.30am from Our Lady of the Way Church.

I’ve discovered that a Facebook direct link to a live stream Mass can be put into this space afterwards. This isn’t meant to cause confusion. The weekend live stream will still be on Facebook. But this is just part of trying to provide various access points for people after the live stream.

It seems you don’t need a Facebook account for the linked video from Facebook to work here in this space for you. Anyway, click away and check. It’s another step of learning for me –  welcome to let me know in the comments below or via [email protected] if it’s glitching on your device or computer.

If it does glitch, the live streamed Mass is definitely still viewable from the Emu Plains Parish Facebook Page. Google anything like that (  or use the link to the page, which is https://www.facebook.com/olowparishemuplains/  ) and you’ll find it. Then just scroll on the Facebook page to the post.

TRY CLICKING THE TRIANGLE PLAY BUTTON IN THE MIDDLE OF THIS PICTURE BELOW – This is the Facebook video of the live stream Mass today – but it’s been linked into this blog post afterwards.

YOU MIGHT NEED TO CLICK IT A COUPLE OF TIMES IF IT DOESN’T START STRAIGHT AWAY – If this works well for people it will be a really helpful way we can share the video’d Masses with people who don’t use Facebook.

Thank you!

Thank you to Kate and Howard Andrews with Jason and Abigail who were our representative congregation for today’s live streamed Mass. Thanks also to Harold for serving – to Erin and Scott for superb music ministry – and to Luke for hiding behind and moving our camera! He generously said he’d keep being available for this. Next weekend we’ll live stream the weekend Mass at 6pm Saturday 2nd May.

See you in the next post and

with friendship in God’s mission,

fr Paul
